Anthony Snodgrass

Anthony McElrea Snodgrass is a British classical archaeologist specializing in the pre-Classical period of ancient Greece, specifically between 1100 and 500 BC. He serves as Laurence Professor Emeritus of Classical Archaeology at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, he is a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge, and a Senior Fellow of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research.
