Carson Chan

Carsun Chang, also known as Chang Chun-mai or Carson Chang, was a Chinese social-democratic, statist, and New-Confucian politician and philosopher. He founded the China State Socialist Party and is widely regarded as the Father of the Constitution of the Republic of China.
