Dorothea Hofmann

Dorothea Hofmann (1929–2023) was a Swiss graphic designer, artist, and educator. As one of the first students to complete the Basel education model, she later collaborated with her partner, Armin, to advance design pedagogy. Hofmann traveled extensively for educational purposes and authored the book Die Geburt eines Stils, leaving a significant impact on the field of graphic design.
