Francis Alys

Francis Alÿs is a Belgian-born artist based in Mexico City. Originally trained as an architect, he transitioned to a multidisciplinary practice in 1986. His work spans painting, sculpture, photography, video, and performance, often engaging with social themes through a diverse range of artistic mediums.
