George Baird

George Baird (1939–2023) was a Canadian architect, scholar, and educator. He held leadership and teaching positions at the University of Toronto, Harvard University, and the Architectural Association. A partner at Baird Sampson Neuert Architects, he was recognized for his theoretical contributions to urban public space and received the 2012 AIA/ACSA Topaz Medallion for Excellence in Architectural Education.
