Laia Abril
Laia Abril is a Catalan artist and photographer whose conceptual work explores themes of bio-politics, grief, and women's rights. Her long-term project, A History of Misogyny, includes the publications On Abortion and On Rape, which examine the societal and legal structures surrounding gender-based issues. She is also known for her 2014 book, The Epilogue, which documents the impact of eating disorders on victims and their families.
