Laura J Snyder

Laura J. Snyder is an American historian, philosopher, and writer known for her narrative-driven non-fiction, including the award-winning Eye of the Beholder. A former philosophy professor at St. John's University, she has held fellowships from the Leon Levy Center for Biography and the NEH. Snyder is currently writing a biography of Oliver Sacks and contributes to The Wall Street Journal.
