Louis I. Kahn

Louis Isadore Kahn was an Estonian-born American architect based in Philadelphia. After working for various firms, he established his own atelier in 1935. Throughout his career, he balanced his private practice with academic roles, serving as a design critic and professor at the Yale School of Architecture and later as a professor at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design.
