Lucy R. Lippard
Lucy R. Lippard is an American writer, art critic, activist, and curator born in 1937. Recognized as an early champion of feminist art, she was among the first to analyze the dematerialization of conceptual art. Over her career, she has authored thirty books and curated approximately fifty exhibitions across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. She currently lives and works in Galisteo, New Mexico.
