Peter Robert Edwin Viereck
Peter Robert Edwin Viereck was an American writer, poet, and professor of history at Mount Holyoke College. He received the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry in 1949 for his collection Terror and Decorum. In 1955, he served as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Florence, contributing to his long career as an academic and literary figure.
