Rene Redzepi

René Redzepi is a Danish chef and co-founder of Noma, a restaurant in Copenhagen recognized for its influence on New Nordic cuisine. Throughout his career, he has focused on the reinvention of culinary traditions and food systems. In 2024, he created and starred in the television series Omnivore, released on Apple TV+. Redzepi transitioned Noma away from traditional restaurant service following its final regular service in Kyoto in December 2024.
