Steve Fainaru

Steve Fainaru is an American investigative journalist and senior writer for ESPN. He previously served as a correspondent for the Washington Post, where he received the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting. He also served as managing editor for The Bay Citizen. Alongside his brother Mark Fainaru-Wada, he co-authored the book League of Denial, which was awarded the 2014 PEN/ESPN Award for Literary Sports Writing.
