Thomas Wolfe

Thomas Wolfe was an American novelist and short story writer active during the early 20th century. Best known for his 1929 debut, Look Homeward, Angel, he is recognized as a pioneer of autobiographical fiction. As a key figure of the Southern Renaissance, he is frequently cited as North Carolina's most famous writer and remains a significant presence in the American literary canon.
